Human Resource Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative duties.
• Manage recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening and shortlisting of candidates
• Coordinate employee onboarding and performance apprasial
• Plan training and development programs for employees to improve their skills and competency
• Maintain employee onboarding and lead employee engagement activities
• Manage work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information is accurately updated in a timely manner with MOM.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder with at least 1 year HR experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
• Polite and resourceful with good interpersonal skills
• An ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
