Job Description

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the Top Best Places to Work in Singapore. Below position is open urgently.

  • Employment Type: 12 months Contract (Renewable)
  • Location: Woodlands & Bendemeer (required to travel between sites)
  • Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances, harassment, etc.)

  • Conduct workplace investigations with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Support employee exits, restructuring, and compliance-related cases

  • Conduct exit interviews and identify attrition trends and insights

  • Partner with HR and business leaders on ER cases and HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Experience in workplace investigations or grievance handling preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in Employee Relations / HR / Labor Relations
  • Good understanding of employment laws and HR policies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
