Job Scope

You will be part of the HR Group Shared Services team that provides HR operational support for contract management services. The core operations of the team focus on supporting employee life cycle events such as probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of working hours, conversion of employment terms, contract renewal, post-retirement re-employment, post-basic incentive payment or salary adjustment upon attainment of higher qualifications, as well as staff referral incentive payout. You provide the administrative support that is in compliance with HR policies and established processes, and ensure that services are delivered in a consistent, timely and high quality manner in accordance with the service level agreement.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in HR / Business related field of studies
• Prior HR experience will be advantageous
