Changi General Hospital is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to join the Medical HR Team as HR Business Partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide HR business partnering support to division and departments.
- Support recruitment activities for both specialist and non-specialist positions.
- Assist with talent acquisition processes and candidate management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes.
- Process medical manpower listing and maintain accurate medical staffing data.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with database management systems advantageous.
