Job Description
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering open communication and resolving personnel issues
- Drive talent development initiatives including performance management, succession planning and internal mobility.
- Partner with leaders to assess organisational capabilities and implement development plans that build future-ready teams.
- Champion a positive workplace culture through collaboration, engagement initiatives and feedback-driven action plans
- Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience, in regional capacity, preferably in an Engineering industry.
- Proven ability to implement HR strategies and policies effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices across APAC region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
