Responsibilities
Business Partnership:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and managers to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals.
Talent Management:
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Implement talent management programs, such as performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Organizational Development:
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support business objectives.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
HR Operations:
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to track key HR trends and performance.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
