About The Company

Our client is a global technology leader with a strong presence in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. As part of their regional growth strategy, they are looking to appoint a Senior Regional HR Business Partner to lead and execute people strategies across multiple SEA countries.

About The Role

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, this is a high-impact role responsible for partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR teams across the region. You will lead the HR agenda with a focus on commercial outcomes, workforce insights, and strategic enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor and business partner to senior leadership across Southeast Asia.
  • Lead HR initiatives that directly align with business goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals across several SEA markets, providing strong leadership and guidance.
  • Use data and HR analytics to drive business decisions and workforce strategies.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships across countries and functions, ensuring HR solutions are aligned to local and regional business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws across SEA, while supporting the implementation of global HR programs.
  • Champion initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering role in a complex multinational organization.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering across multiple Southeast Asian markets, experience partnering with sales-driven teams preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional HR teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across diverse cultural and functional environments.
  • Commercially driven with a data-oriented approach to HR strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Southeast Asia.
