The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role supports workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness to drive business performance.
The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor and the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support workforce planning to address manpower needs and retention challenges.
Employee Support & Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
- Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR best practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
Talent Development & Performance Management
- Support learning and development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
- Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programmes.
- Guide managers on performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Support initiatives that promote gender equity and an inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure fair and consistent HR practices across teams.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Compliance
- Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and company regulations.
- Support HR best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Good business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
