About the Role

As an HR Associate supporting our Asia Pacific business, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience while ensuring smooth HR operations across the region, with a primary focus on Singapore. You will partner closely with other HR professionals, business leaders and regional stakeholders to drive people initiatives that strengthen our culture, employee engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining operational excellence across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on strategic people initiatives, cross-border projects and organizational programs while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate and drive employee engagement initiatives, company events, wellness programs, employee recognition activities and culture-building campaigns that foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage HR operational activities, including employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, policy administration and cross-functional HR projects.
  • Prepare, analyze and maintain HR dashboards, workforce reports and people analytics to generate actionable insights that support business and HR decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, government regulations and internal policies by supporting audits, regulatory submissions, employment documentation and HR governance activities, particularly within Singapore.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees by responding to HR enquiries, facilitating issue resolution, coordinating employee relations matters and partnering with relevant stakeholders to deliver positive employee outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, automate administrative tasks and enhance employee experience through continuous process optimization and adoption of technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations or a related function. Outstanding fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful and curious, with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership beyond assigned responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and interpersonal maturity, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys solving problems, continuously improving processes and contributing to a positive workplace culture
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as this role involves regular collaboration with regional teams and Mandarin speaking stakeholders, including counterparts based in China
