We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the company's daily HR operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who are keen to gain hands-on exposure in payroll, recruitment, employee administration, and MOM work pass matters within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and attendance verification
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Prepare HR documents and maintain employee records
- Handle leave administration and staff claims
- Assist with MOM work pass applications and renewals
- Support general HR administrative duties
Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to travel to Loyang for work
- Prior HR/payroll experience is an advantage
