This is a part-time, on-site role for a Learning & Development Manager / Executive / HR Assistant. The role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities and supporting core HR functions to drive organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include coordinating and delivering training programs, assisting in the development of learning initiatives, and supporting performance management processes. The position also involves maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented. Additionally, the role requires tracking training outcomes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

· Strong understanding of learning and development principles and HR operations

· Knowledge of training coordination, employee engagement, and HR processes

· Ability to support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities

· Proficiency in organizing training sessions and maintaining HR documentation

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and documentation processes

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
