Job Responsibilities
Assist HR Manager in full spectrum daily operations
Process the monthly payroll
Update and maintains proper filing of HR documents.
Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
Process ad-hoc government claims and grants.
Assist in recruitment process and manage on-boarding process.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the superior/management team
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma in Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Proactive personality, with analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient with Microsoft Office
