We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin to support our HR and payroll operations. Fresh graduates are welcome. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Description
- Assist in Malaysia payroll processing including staff claims, overtime, and benefits
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount and cost summaries
- Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, e-stamping)
- Support recruitment activities - job posting, interview coordination,and preparation of offer letters
- Assist in staff onboarding, training coordination, and confirmationprocesses
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and welfareinitiatives
- Maintain employee records and handle general HR administration
Job Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- No experience required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and people-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
