Job Description

What the role is

As a key member of the Talent and Leadership Development Section, you will play a vital role in shaping the future leaders of our organization. You will oversee the management and execution of our Postgraduate Scholarship and Engineering Undergrad Study Award (EUSA) programs, as well as our leadership development initiatives, including the implementation of the 360-degree survey. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence within our organization.


What you will be working on

  • Manage the Postgraduate Scholarship and Engineering Undergrad Study Award (EUSA) programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Review, propose and administer leadership development programmes that enhance the capabilities of our future leaders, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Coordinate and administer the 360-degree feedback process, providing insights and recommendations for individual and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify skills gaps and propose development solutions to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to track program metrics, analyze data, and generate reports that inform decision-making and program improvements.


What we are looking for

  • Knowledge in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in talent development, leadership training, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering leadership capabilities within the organization.
