About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin to support our HR and payroll operations. Fresh graduates are welcome. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Description

  • Assist in Malaysia payroll processing including staff claims, overtime, and benefits
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount and cost summaries
  • Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, e-stamping)
  • Support recruitment activities - job posting, interview coordination,and preparation of offer letters
  • Assist in staff onboarding, training coordination, and confirmationprocesses
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and welfareinitiatives
  • Maintain employee records and handle general HR administration

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • No experience required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and people-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
