Job Summary

Support business growth by delivering effective human resource services, managing manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and coordinating internship and government grant applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient human resource services to support business growth and operational needs
• Analyze business and operational challenges to plan and implement targeted HR initiatives
• Collaborate with line and function heads to develop and monitor manpower plans, including annual budgeting
• Prepare detailed job specifications and shortlist candidates to facilitate effective hiring decisions
• Coordinate job offers and follow up with successful candidates to ensure smooth recruitment closure
• Develop and update orientation materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
• Partner with department heads to plan, initiate, and organize training programs to enhance employee effectiveness and competencies
• Manage onboarding processes including job applications, employment offers, and work pass applications
• Coordinate internship applications and maintain relationships with ITEs, Polytechnics, and Universities
• Prepare and submit applications for relevant government grants and subsidies
• Evaluate and shortlist suitable training courses for employee development
