- Support internal recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate and organize staff training programs to support employee development and compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative coordination for the upkeep of staff dormitories, ensuring proper accommodation standards and welfare.
- Maintain and update staff leave records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Support general HR operations and assist in other administrative activities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/NITEC in a relevant HR or business Administration discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in a HR department within Construction or related sectors
- 5-Days Workweek, Salary Bracket (2500-3000)
