In this role, you will assist with HR tasks including managing employee payroll, overseeing recruitment, and issuing various letters (such as warnings, job offers, bonuses, increments, and probation letters).
Administrative Management
Conduct weekly staff calls to check on how staff is doing at site.
Update timesheet/google calendar on staff AL/MC/UPL
Update staff annual leave (AL) and ensure staff is clearing their annual leave (AL).
Payroll (Monthly)
Create timesheet template based on month.
Collaborate with the Operations Executive to update and maintain timesheet records.
Coordinate and manage the processing of employees claims and leave requests.
Review and verify employees submitted medical leave documentation.
Calculate and generate the payroll for each employee at advance and month-end, prior to payment disbursement.
Prepare a comprehensive payment summary for managing director to do the necessary bank transfer.
Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of transfer transactions.
Compile and submit the monthly salary summary to the Senior Manager for costing and financial analysis.
To retrieve salary summary payment for the particular month from the payroll system.
To assist in the submission of CPF Contribution via CPF Ezpay .
To review and verify employee earnings, allowances, and bonuses.
To assist in inputting employee earnings and bonuses into the Auto-Inclusive Scheme (AIS) on the IRAS website.
Ensuring that all reported information is accurate and compliant with tax regulations.
Managing of renewal of Car Insurance and Road Tax
To monitor and update expiration dates for car insurance and road tax.
Liaise with insurance providers for policy renewals.
Requesting of quotes, review coverage, and process payments on time.
Managing road tax renewal process.
Keep organized records of insurance policies, road tax receipts, and renewal documents.
Update Vil list to ensure timely renewals
Ensure all company vehicles have valid insuranceand road tax to avoid penalties.
