Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a competent HR Executive & Executive Assistant to join our team and manage the full spectrum of HR activities (including payroll processing), office administration, and providing support to Managing Director.

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, recruitment, maintaining information in the HR systems.
  • Responsible for payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage work pass applications/renewals/cancellations.
  • Responsible for the full scope of training and development administration for employees.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Support to Managing Director:

  • Assist to coordinate Managing Director's appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
  • Assist with submission of expenses claims.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Managing Director's office.

General Office Administration:

  • Manage office supplies inventory, office administration and facilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, including hands-on payroll processing required, preferably in a multinational company environment.
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations especially around payroll.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to relate well with people at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Great team player who is creative and resourceful, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Pays attention to details and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. Proficiency in EasyPay preferred and Workday will be a bonus.
