Salary range: $2200 to $2600
Job Description
- Handle all incoming calls, transfer, take down and pass message to relevant
department
- Assist in general administrative/clerical support (typing, printing, filing, mailing,
courier etc)
- Renew and follow up on insurance policies, infrastructure permit and certification
- Liaise with vendors on the renewal, purchase, maintenance and other enquiries of
equipment, machinery, devices and assets
- Raise PO in SAP system
- Assist in staff attendance and HR purchases
- Record & maintaining of staff leave record, staff particulars
- Assist on recruitment process such as application form preparation and related
matters
- Assist in companys function, employee welfare, events and any ISO & GMP support
- Assist in HR and ISO guidelines, policy and documentation
- Prepare and liaise any necessary for new incoming employees for orientation, PC
access etc
- Packing for courier item and assist in making courier arrangement
- Prepare and record minutes of meeting for monthly departmental and ISO meeting
- Arrange and follow up on employees training & courses
- Arrange, update and schedule annual check-up for employment matter
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Management and HR Department
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma certificate with Human Resource or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant functions
- Candidates with experience in Infotech system will be advantage
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, work independently and be meticulous in the work assigned
