(20 Hours committed per week)
Salary Range: S$30-35 /hour
Job Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and administration across various functions including recruitment, staffing, insurance etc.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRM system and physical records
- Maintain staff records and employee benefits such as insurance, medical entitlements etc.
- Handle tasks for Work Passes such as applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Liaise with various government agencies and educational institutes, prepare/submit required documents to relevant government agencies or institutes
- Contribute to reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Perform/support administrative work when necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements (e.g. MOM, CPF, IRAS etc. regulations)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Fluent in English and also Mandarin, to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking internal and external personnel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Resourceful and proactive, and able to work in a team as well as independently
