Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil manpower needs
  • Use various sourcing channels to attract suitable candidates

2. HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support daily HR matters such as leave, claims, and staff enquiries

3. Training & Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate training programmes and maintain training records
  • Organise staff engagement activities and company events

4. Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workplace management
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and internal communications
  • Liaise with building management on office-related matters

5. Procurement Support

  • Assist with vendor sourcing and purchase processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation
