Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to partnering exclusively with a prestigious international law firm to appoint a personable and professional HR Advisor to join their Asia team, based in a standalone HR role in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to take on an individual contributor role, supporting a dynamic and high-performing office while collaborating closely with a regional and global HR team.

Reporting to the Head of HR Asia who is based in Hong Kong, this individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support for Singapore, supporting fee-earners and business services client groups, including Partners and Business Services Heads. While the primary focus will be on the Singapore office, the role carries a regional remit, with scope to support broader Asia operations over time, including collaboration with HR colleagues in Hong Kong and globally.

The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive HR support as a hybrid HR generalist and Business Partner across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and compensation reviews, and day-to-day HR advisory. They will also manage visa and regulatory processes in coordination with local authorities, maintain data accuracy across HR systems (Workday), and ensure precision in contracts as well as tools such as excel. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders across multiple practice areas, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality deliverables.

The successful individual will be operating as a conscientious HR Advisor who thrives in a people-facing role. This individual will be confident managing a HR generalist role relatively independently from a Singapore perspective. Experience in professional services or legal environments is advantageous, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality, business-aligned HR support.

Total compensation for this role is circa SGD 70,000 - 95,000 base salary + annual variable bonus + benefits.
