Our client is an established, Singapore-headquartered services company undergoing a strategic business transformation. As it pivots its business and strengthens its people capabilities, there is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HRIS/HRSS Lead to join its Group Human Resources Division.
Responsibilities
This is an exciting role where you will lead the HRIS, HR Shared Services, and HR Analytics functions, serving as the business owner for SAP SuccessFactors. You will drive enhancements and optimisation of HR systems, processes, and analytics to strengthen the organisation&aposs people agenda. You will deliver HR operational excellence, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and efficient services across the organisation. You will also lead HRIS/HRSS transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, data governance, and digital innovation, positioning the HR function as a best-in-class enabler of business performance.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with proven track record in leading HRIS, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations teams, and bring strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. You have successfully led projects from design through execution, with a strong grasp of end-to-end HR processes, service delivery, and data governance. Energetic and hands-on, you are recognised for your ability to balance operational rigour with innovation, while engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders. Strong communication, project management, and team leadership skills are essential.
