RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer time management system and scheduling.
- Assist in payroll.
- Assist in recruitment activities.
- Assist in staff training needs.
- Review, updates and maintains proper filing of all HR documents.
- General office administration & answering to employee's enquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE O & at least 1-2 years of working experience in HR.
- Meticulous and detailed.
- Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
Working Hours: 5 days work week
