Responsibilities:
- Managing HR administrative duties, including accurate data entry and documentation
- Assisting in office renovation logistics and coordination
- Digitize personnel files (P-files) and job descriptions for improved accessibility
- Support system improvements by participating in BIPO User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist in daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Supporting system testing and improvements for Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
- Contributing to the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) employee survey process, including follow-up actions
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
