Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR administrative duties, including accurate data entry and documentation
  • Assisting in office renovation logistics and coordination
  • Digitize personnel files (P-files) and job descriptions for improved accessibility
  • Support system improvements by participating in BIPO User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist in daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Supporting system testing and improvements for Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
  • Contributing to the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) employee survey process, including follow-up actions

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Prior 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
