HR ADMIN MANAGER
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and termination of employment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage HR systems (e.g. Info-Tech HRMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Administer payroll coordination, overtime claims, leave management, attendance tracking, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company HR policies at all times.Coordinate manpower planning with Management and department heads.
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, offer letters, and employment documentation
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related statutory compliance.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and internal briefings.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, service providers, and facilities matters.
- Prepare and issue company letters, circulars, memos, and internal announcements.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation control, and confidentiality of company information.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR and administrative policies.
- Ensure compliance with audits, inspections, and internal governance requirements.
- Manage insurance administration and liaise with external parties where necessary.
- Provide HR and administrative advisory support to Management.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower-related data as required.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and related regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels
- Hands-on, proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
