Handle overall HR and administrative daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and employee records maintenance
Manage attendance, payroll data, social security, and housing fund matters, ensuring compliance and timely updates
Assist in organizing performance appraisal, employee training, and corporate culture activities to enhance team engagement and organizational effectiveness
Oversee office environment and general administrative affairs such as office supplies, fixed assets, contracts, and company seals
Coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements, providing logistical and administrative support
Manage company licenses and external liaison tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Perform other comprehensive tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth company operations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
1-3 years of relevant experience, familiar with HR and administrative procedures
Solid knowledge of labor laws and related regulations, able to independently handle routine HR matters
Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and service skills
Proficient in MS Office experience with HR systems or administrative management is a plus.
Fluent in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties.
