Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle overall HR and administrative daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and employee records maintenance
  • Manage attendance, payroll data, social security, and housing fund matters, ensuring compliance and timely updates
  • Assist in organizing performance appraisal, employee training, and corporate culture activities to enhance team engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Oversee office environment and general administrative affairs such as office supplies, fixed assets, contracts, and company seals
  • Coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements, providing logistical and administrative support
  • Manage company licenses and external liaison tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform other comprehensive tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth company operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, familiar with HR and administrative procedures
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and related regulations, able to independently handle routine HR matters
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office experience with HR systems or administrative management is a plus.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties.
