Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordination with external recruiters, employment agencies, and vendors.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and leave documentation with strict confidentiality.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, and promotion letters.
  • Review and verify TMS reports and overtime claims to support accurate payroll processing.
  • Monitor employee confirmation timelines and coordinate performance appraisals with reporting supervisors.
  • Compile and submit monthly and ad-hoc HR reports to the HR Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating training programs, staff welfare initiatives, and company events when required.

Requirement

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Possess HR Administration Skills and Experience
  • Independent and must be able to multi-task
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment
