- Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Location: Near Tuas Crescent MRT [ Walking distance only ]
- Working Days: 5 Days
- Working Time: 8am - 5pm
Requirements:
- 1 year of HR experience is required for this role.
- Preferable working industry from engineering, construction or interior design firm.
- Keen to work under Sub Contractor, Wood manufacturer [ Customize cabinet] for construction and interior design projects.
Job Scopes
- Experience in payroll processing - salary, allowances, variable pay and overtime in line with company policy and the Employment Act.
- Verification of timesheets, OT, shifts, no-pay leave, claims and deductions.
- Coordinate medical/insurance claims, renewals, medical insurance renewal, core trade and security bond
- Support annual salary review, bonus, benefits review, market benchmarking).
- Manage the employee lifecycle documentation: letters (offer, confirmation, increment, promotion), contracts, addendums, exit (resignation letters, clearance, final payroll).
- Maintain personnel files (physical/digital) and ensure PDPA compliance with strict data confidentiality.
- Prepare regular HR reports, such as payroll, headcount and other ad hoc report.
- Lead, plan, and organize company events such as employee engagement activities, townhalls, celebrations, and HR-led initiatives.
