HR & Admin Executive | Near Tuas MRT | Up to $3,000

• HR Executive [ Urgent ]
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Location: Near Tuas Crescent MRT [ Walking distance only ]
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Working Time: 8am - 5pm

Requirements:

• 1 year of HR experience is required for this role.
• Preferable working industry from engineering, construction or interior design firm.
• Keen to work under Sub Contractor, Wood manufacturer [ Customize cabinet] for construction and interior design projects.

Job Scopes

1. Experience in payroll processing - salary, allowances, variable pay and overtime in line with company policy and the Employment Act.
2. Verification of timesheets, OT, shifts, no-pay leave, claims and deductions.
3. Coordinate medical/insurance claims, renewals, medical insurance renewal, core trade and security bond
4. Support annual salary review, bonus, benefits review, market benchmarking).
5. Manage the employee lifecycle documentation: letters (offer, confirmation, increment, promotion), contracts, addendums, exit (resignation letters, clearance, final payroll).
6. Maintain personnel files (physical/digital) and ensure PDPA compliance with strict data confidentiality.
7. Prepare regular HR reports, such as payroll, headcount and other ad hoc report.
8. Lead, plan, and organize company events such as employee engagement activities, townhalls, celebrations, and HR-led initiatives.
