About The Job
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment support (job postings, screening, interview coordination, onboarding), offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance, leave management, and claims processing.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee queries on HR-related matters and provide basic HR advisory.
Administration (Admin)
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing office supplies, vendor liaison, and facilities maintenance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and support company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Assist with general office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Skills And Experience Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR Functions & Office Administration
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Customer service mindset with a proactive attitude.
- A team player who can work independently when needed.
