The HR Executive (Payroll & Administration) is responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions for all BEST DENKI employee including part timers. In additional, this position will need to support HR administration matters.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of payroll function for local and foreign employees (including part timers).
- Ensure accuracy in all salary payments made and comply with government and company policies with regards to payment matters.
- Liaise with Finance department and operations to ensure proper documentation for all advices given on payroll matters.
- Handle overtime, allowance, CPF submissions and payslip processing.
- Prompt and accurate yearly tax declaration (IR8E) and tax clearance (IR21).
- Liaison with government bodies as and when required (like CPF board, IRAS, MOM, MINDEF etc).
- Setting up, maintain & update internal employees records
- Provide day-to-day operational HR administration support
- Attend to employees queries related to HR and payroll
- Administer staff benefits such as leave, medical claims, staff uniforms etc. and to maintain proper documentations.
- Compilation and submission of periodic HR and Payroll reports.
- Administrative matters e.g. Completing MOM mandatory surveys, handling vehicle road tax and vehicle inspection matters etc.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Specifications
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting or equivalent (IHRP certificate holders preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Payroll and/or HR administration experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
- Good knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, labor laws and statutory rules and regulations
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Mircosoft Word
- Possess good and analytical skills, meticulous and attention to details.
- Maintains employee confidentiality and protects payroll operations by keeping information private and confidential.
Job Details
- Salary: $2700 to $3100 depending on experience
- Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM on Weekdays Excluding Public Holidays (Lunch Break: 12:00PM to 1:00PM)
- Weekends are rest days.
- Annual Leave: 17 Days (pro-rated for incomplete year of service)
- No Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and 13th Month Bonus as these are already spread across the 12 months of basic salary.
