Job Description

Position: HR & Admin Assistant
Work Location: Central, Singapore
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 (subject to experience)
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

Job Scope:

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist in onboarding and prepare HR documents such as contracts and offer letters
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate with reporting managers through email and virtual meetings on HR matters
  • Provide general HR and administrative support, including office admin tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline, or A-Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Good communication and coordination skills
