Position: HR & Admin Assistant
Work Location: Central, Singapore
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 (subject to experience)
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Job Scope:
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in onboarding and prepare HR documents such as contracts and offer letters
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate with reporting managers through email and virtual meetings on HR matters
- Provide general HR and administrative support, including office admin tasks and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline, or A-Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and coordination skills
