JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide sales and administrative support to sales team
- Liaise and follow up with customers on enquiries via teleconference and emails.
- Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education level: O-level, Diploma, or Degree holders in Event Management
- 2years of experience in an admin / support role is advantageous but not mandatory.
WORKING DAYS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (9am - 6pm)
