Job Summary
We seek a proactive HR Executive with 3-5 years of experience managing HR operations in construction. You will drive recruitment, compliance, payroll support, and employee engagement in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for site and corporate positions to meet staffing needs
- Oversee onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee documentation and records
- Coordinate payroll activities and monitor attendance to ensure timely and accurate compensation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements to mitigate risks
- Respond to employee inquiries to promote a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Support performance management processes and implement HR initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness
- Plan and execute company events and employee engagement activities to boost morale and cohesion
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant HR certification or professional qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
