Job Summary
The Engineer manages Incoming, Outgoing, and Vendor Quality inspections and evaluations, driving corrective and preventive actions with internal and external stakeholders to uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect purchased materials and outsourced products to verify compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures
- Monitor supplier and vendor performance monthly, quarterly, and annually to identify issues and collaborate on improvement plans
- Conduct audits of external stakeholders and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality concerns
- Document, update, and maintain quality plans to ensure accuracy and relevance for ongoing quality assurance
- Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and other statutory requirements to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Degree in Quality or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of quality-related experience in manufacturing
