We are representing our client in the Engineering sector to hire for a HR & Admin Executive. The role supports daytoday office operations and assists with HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Compliance
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organised work environment.
- Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Administer office contracts, renewals, and compliance timelines.
- Coordinate with external corporate services on statutory documentation.
- Maintain records, filings, and corporate documentation.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed.
HR & Recruitment Support
- Work with recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
- Manage interview arrangements, offer documents, and onboarding activities.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding procedures and related documentation.
- Maintain and update HR policies and internal workflows.
- Keep accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Business, HR, or a related field.
- About 3 years experience in office administration and/or HR.
- Comfortable working with vendors and external service providers.
- Basic familiarity with corporate compliance processes is an advantage.
- Strong organisation, coordination, and communication skills.
