About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating processes and supporting staff operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Maintain and update employee records and leave management system in HR software
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation
- Support submission of surveys and statistical reports to MOM
- Assist in payroll preparation and administration, including data compilation and coordination, under supervision
- Apply for foreign worker levy waivers and coordinate entry approvals with AIC
- Assist in insurance matters, including renewals and claims coordination
- Apply and renew security bonds with insurance providers
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding, including lockers, uniforms, and staff materials
- Order uniforms and work-related items for staff
- Support employee engagement and other HR-related initiatives
Administration
- Procure hostel and operational items for staff
- Apply for name cards and staff passes
- Assist in asset tagging and inventory tracking
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of office space
- Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with HR processes (work passes, payroll support, HR systems) is an advantage
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow through tasks
- Comfortable coordinating with different teams and external parties
