HR & Admin Executive
Role Summary
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources and administrative functions. The role covers recruitment, payroll support, staff records, employee and corporate insurance renewals, and compliance with employment regulations, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, arranging interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
Handle leave administration, attendance, and staff movement tracking.
Assist in payroll preparation and submission of government claims, and statutory contributions.
Manage employee-related insurance (e.g., medical, GPA, work injury), including renewals, enrollments, and claims.
Support performance appraisal exercises and training coordination.
Handle staff queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Organize staff engagement activities and welfare programs.
Administration
Manage office supplies, service contracts, and vendor coordination.
Maintain company documents, licenses, and filing systems (physical & digital).
Oversee company-wide insurance renewals (e.g., office/property, liability, vehicle, equipment).
Liaise with insurers/brokers on coverage, policy updates, and claims management.
Support management in preparing letters, reports, and meeting coordination.
Handle travel arrangements, office facilities, and general administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of HR and administrative experience (insurance administration experience preferred).
Familiar with HR regulations.
Proficient in MS Office HRIS/payroll software experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
