Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain daily accounting records, including vouchers, invoices, and expenses

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

  • Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations

  • Assist with audits, statutory compliance, and tax filings (GST, TDS, etc., if applicable)

  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs

  • Handle HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary records

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements

  • Support performance reviews and training coordination

Administration

  • Oversee office administration and facility management

  • Maintain records, files, and contracts related to vendors and service providers

  • Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment

  • Coordinate with operations teams for manpower and administrative support

  • Handle official correspondence and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in accounts, HR, and administrative roles

  • Knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount)

  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
