Oversee office administration and facility management
Maintain records, files, and contracts related to vendors and service providers
Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment
Coordinate with operations teams for manpower and administrative support
Handle official correspondence and documentation
2-5 years of experience in accounts, HR, and administrative roles
Knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount)
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
