Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative duties and documentation.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, report preparation, and related administrative work.
- Coordinate with customers and/or logistics companies for cargo shipments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, packing lists, delivery orders (DO), and purchase orders (PO).
- Assist with basic accounting and finance-related tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Open to Local Singaporeans, Singapore PRs, and Malaysians only.
