Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality assurance for cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and cost reviews.
  • Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and handle property damage claims.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, warranties, and contracts.
  • Conduct competitive tendering and manage procurement processes.
  • Oversee renovation works and service provider performance.
  • Communicate with residents and stakeholders professionally.
  • Address complaints, queries, and suggestions promptly.
  • Develop annual budgets for Maintenance and Sinking Funds.
  • Monitor expenditure, ensure GST compliance, and manage surplus funds.
  • Advise on financial matters and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate and attend Council and General Meetings, prepare minutes and reports.
  • Submit required documents to relevant authorities.
  • Plan and organize festive events.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate site management staff.
  • Ensure emergency preparedness and quick response to incidents.
  • Perform site duties and attend project meetings as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, procurement, insurance, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and work independently.
