Your new company

Client an investment company seeking to hire a Facilities Executive (Contract) for a freehold condominium development.

Location: Central

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

Contract duration: 1 year

Salary: up to $4,800 per month

Your new role

. Day-to-day building ops for a multi-unit residential asset (28 units)

. Vendor & contractor coordination (repairs, PPM, small works)

. MCST/strata liaison, incident logging, permits, compliance scheduling

. Tenant coordination (move-in/out, defect rectification, keys/access)

. Basic M&E familiarity (ACMVs, electrical DBs, pumps, lifts-coordination with specialist vendors)

. Inventory tracking and simple reporting (work orders, monthly ops log)

What you'll need to succeed

. Prior MCST/strata exposure basic safety knowledge (WSH), BMS use - good to have but not a must

. Comfortable with WhatsApp/Email ticketing, spreadsheets, and simple checklists

. Able to work occasional evenings/weekends if urgent issues arise
