Conduct daily workplace inspections and rectify any unsafe practices or conditions.
Implement and monitor Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) and ensure compliance with WSH Act and ISO standards.
Lead investigations of WSH incidents/accidents and prepare formal reports with root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
Conduct incident and accident investigations, prepare comprehensive reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Organize and deliver in-house WSH training, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
Develop and review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and other safety documentation.
Prepare monthly safety performance reports and dashboards for management review.
Tabulate and analyze WSH performance data and maintain accurate safety documentation and records
Ensure compliance with safety protocols for all site activities, including lifting, excavation, and road works.
Provide strong oversight in road safety and safe operations of landscape machinery (e.g. mulchers, wood chippers, vehicles) in active worksites.
What we're looking for
Registered WSH Officer with MOM and Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or landscape-related environments.
Familiarity with safety practices related to traffic management, landscape equipment, and public road interfaces is a strong advantage.
Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive in enforcing safety practices.
