Job Description

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
Support tender and procurement processes, including preparation of legal documentation
Maintain and organize project and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist in handling claims, variations, and extension-of-time (EOT) documentation
Support dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation preparation
Liaise with regulatory authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
Monitor compliance with local construction laws and safety regulations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external legal counsel
