Reporting to the Head of a Banca Partnership, you are responsible for driving the partnership's bancassurance sales in the Priority Onshore Banking segment. You will also need to manage internal and external stakeholders at a senior level on various strategic and operations related matters.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of business development managers in achieving the bancassurance sales targets of the Priority Onshore Banking segment

  • Develop and work with the bank stakeholders to drive segments within the partnership and in the process devise and execute propositions to raise productivity within these segments

  • Propose, position and execute initiatives of the partnership that will achieve the company's objectives particularly in the areas High Net Worth and enterprise solutions

  • Drive the formulation of the overall product development, strategy and solutions, including distributor engagement and initiatives to drive sales
