Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech innovator to hire an ambitious and results-driven commercial leader. This role will focus on accelerating client acquisition, growing transaction volumes, and driving strategic corridor development within the digital assets and cross-border settlement space.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong network across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, or financial institutions, and be capable of driving high-value deals from lead generation to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Acquire and onboard new partners across PSPs, OTC trading desks, exchanges, and remittance platforms.
  • Drive cross-border payment volume and liquidity across stablecoin rails and settlement infrastructure.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting and proposal through to negotiation, contracting, and activation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify and develop new strategic payment corridors (e.g., across Southeast and East Asia).

Account Management & Client Success

  • Build and expand strong relationships with institutional partners.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and operational handover working with compliance, onboarding, and treasury teams.
  • Partner with product and operations teams to continuously improve the client experience.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Input

  • Track competitor movements, client feedback, and trends across digital assets and cross-border payments.
  • Provide strategic input on pricing, corridor expansion, and market entry initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams on go-to-market activities and key partnership announcements.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles in fintech, FX/payments, or crypto/digital assets.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver on revenue and transaction volume goals.
  • Deep industry connections across PSPs, exchanges, OTC desks, or remittance players.
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator, confident managing complex deal cycles independently.
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, cross-border FX settlement, and liquidity operations preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English (additional Asian languages such as Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, or Bahasa are advantageous).
