Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Head of Business Development. The responsibilities include creating and executing business plans, identifying expansion opportunities, managing and maintaining key accounts, and driving sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore growth initiatives and build long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Business Development to help identify and leverage growth opportunities
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess and optimize business strategies
- Experience in Sales and Account Management to establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in the tech or QA industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
