Job Description

Role Description

This role is responsible for driving VIPKid's global sales growth and go-to-market execution for AI EdTech solutions, leading market expansion, customer acquisition, and sales team development to achieve revenue targets. Prior sales experience in Thailand, Vietnam, Kuwait, South Korea, or Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and go-to-market execution for AI-powered education products in global markets develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, develop, and expand international markets by sourcing new business opportunities, acquiring potential clients, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor overseas market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs provide insights to support product optimization and adjustments to market strategies.
  • Build, coach, and manage sales teams, driving capability development, performance improvement, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage and scale inside sales, including sales process design, KPI management, coaching, and conversion improvement.
  • Engage directly in frontline sales activities when required, including tele sales and customer or community interviews, to validate user needs and refine sales messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of overseas sales experience prior experience in AI, education technology (EdTech), or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales team leadership, coaching, and performance management, with hands-on exposure to education sales teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a tele sales center or inside sales team, with a strong track record in lead conversion and sales execution.
  • Fluency in English as working languages, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a global perspective.
  • Strong capabilities in market analysis, business development, and negotiation highly results-driven and execution-oriented.
  • Willingness to accept overseas assignment or long-term relocation, and able to travel internationally as required.
